An upcycled vinyl record was used as the canvas in this artwork in the spirit of recycle and reuse. Inspired by The Lion of Judah, which is a prominent symbol in the Rastafari Movement. It is a symbol of strength, kingship, pride and African sovereignty. It is painted on a red green and yellow background, the colors of the flag of Jamaica. The Rastafari Movement , whose culture was a key element in the development of reggae music. High gloss varnish sealer.
