When I was teaching Yoga, one of the songs i would play at the end of class was Bathe in these waters by Donna DeLory. My interpretation of the song is no matter what path in life you've been on, no matter what your past is, no matter any losses or sufferings you have endured, you and only you can make a difference in your life, you can choose to crawl in corner and wallow in self pity or you can rise above, start a new and shine bright.
