Hanuman Chalisa is a devotion to Lord Hanuman. I was listening to a podcast in which I was listening to Krishna Das speak, while I was painting this. After the talk, Krishna began to sing the devotion Hanuman Chalisa. just as he finished singing, I finished the painting. Hanuman is depicted here in the artwork in the color red.
